This mod will give players who don't want to join the Dark Brotherhood a longer and more involved quest line than the current Destroy the Dark Brotherhood quest in Skyrim. It will give players the chance to see the story and earn rewards similar to what you would earn if you did join them, without having to become an assassin.
Most of the events that happen during the DB quests will still happen so that this mod will fit into TES lore. This is still very much a work in progress and nothing is set in stone so far. I'd love to hear any ideas or suggestions that you think will improve the story. Without the CK story and quest writing is about all I can do right now. I'll break down my story into bits with spoiler tags so you won't have a massive wall of text to look at. Also if you haven't played the DB quest line there will be spoilers.

I have joined the dark brotherhood in Skyrim lately, but , if it is possible, want to leave and preferably destroy as much as possible of the organisation as I can. However, the other members have become unkillable and attacking them doesn't lead to me being cast out. I was wondering if there are any other ways to achieve either of the two goals mentioned above. I would appreciate any tips and if i have to I am willing to use glitches. I can't use cheats because of that i play the game on ps3.

You only have one chance to destroy the brotherhood. That is when you are in the cabin with astrid and she tells you to kill one of the three hooded captives. If you kill her you can destroy the brotherhood. If you do as she says and leave without killing her you are a member and cannot destroy them.
While deing a dark storyline (being a killer and all that) i enjoyed it alot, and would recomend you play the story out.

The story is exactly why i want to stop them, I am a supporter of the empire and i don't want to see the emperor in pieces, as i realized was going to happen. Also, i have no saves left from before i entered the brotherhood. I hate it that i'm stuck here. I guess I'll get over it and play it out some time, but not now. Shame theres only one chance, I see no reason that you can't betray a group you're in. Thanks for your help.

The empire would not fall if Tidus died. In my opinion (i also back the empire) the empire needs a stronger leader, somebody who will back their allys better then he did. He left both Hammerfell and Skyrim to the mercy of the Thalmor and allowed them to murder the citizens. The dark brotherhood may be evil, but the loot is good, the missions are pretty fun as well, and you can tell yourself the empire needs you to kill him.
Or you can just ignor the storyline and move on with your life as dragonborn.

There's a lot of great loot for the Dark Brotherhood questline that makes it worth it (My favorite being Windshear during the last quest). You also benefit from being able to recruit Dark Brotherhood Initiates as followers later on. These guys, as well as J'zargo are the only followers that level with the Dragonborn to 81, so they become much more useful later in the game. I also backed the Empire in one of my current characters, and there are no repercussions for killing the Emperor. (Mostly because you're main enemy are not Imperial Guards, but rather the Penitus Oculatus.)

After I completed the the whole quest I decided to leave my dark past as an assasin behind me. I made the Dark Brotherhood members non-essential through console commands and massacred them all.

With console commanding them unnessential could you still do the destroy brotherhood quest as well?

You cannot. You're only chance, as stated above, is during 'With Friends Like These..,' in which you must first kill Astrid.

So I too regretted joining the Dark Brotherhood and would've much more wanted to destroy them. And I've tried several things with the Console to try and reset the questlines, because Im playing on PC. But nothing have worked so far.Do I really have to start all over with a new character to be able to start Destroy the Dark Brotherhood quest?Or is there any chance that a solution I have yet to find is still out there?

If you joined and don't wanna do it just don't do the quests

I don't understand why people don't just leave the quests incomplete if they regret joining. That said, if you really want to stop them, I recommend reading through the spoilers of the full DB quest line. Vba on error resume next if error. There is a point where you can play up to and largely get what you want on all counts.

Try reverse pickpocketing one of them. Then you can kill them.
